Kennedy Manor offers Non-smoking rooms only. Smoking is allowed outdoors on porches. Children ages 12 and older are welcome with adult supervision at all times.

Cancellation Policies
All reservations made by phone are held with a major credit card. We accept MC, Visa, Amex, Disc. A deposit of (1) one night's room rate plus taxes will be charged to your card when the reservation is made and the remaining balance will be charged at check-in. 

A $25 per room cancellation fee is charged for cancellations. If cancellation is made less than 8 days before arrival and we are unable to re-book your room, then the full room rate for your entire stay will be charged. If room is re-booked, only $25 charge applies.

Full room rates will be charged to credit card for no shows. We realize that cancellations can not always be avoided. If you cancel more than 8 or more days prior to your stay and reschedule and you are able to reserve another date within 30 days of your originally scheduled stay, we will apply the $25 fee towards your stay.

Rescheduling your stay is considered the same as a cancellation and all cancellation policies will apply.

Online Payment and Cancellation Policy
When reserving a room online, the full room rate and taxes will be charged immediately to your credit card. Cancellations and/or modifications to your reservation can be made online by using your Reservation Confirmation number. This number is included in the email confirmation you receive after making your online reservation.

For single room cancellations:
Cancellations made 8 days or more in advance of your check-in will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less from your check-in day will be charged the full room rate if we are unable to re-book your room. If we are able to re-book your room, only the $25 cancellation fee will apply.

For Group Reservations/Cancellations:
Cancellations or modifications to groups reserving more than 1 room require 30 days advance notice. We will make every effort to re-book all rooms cancelled. However, any rooms remaining un-booked will be charged full room rate to the credit card used to reserve the rooms.

Holidays and Jefferson Special Events:
All Holidays and Jefferson Special Events (Candlelight, Mardi Gras, Pilgrimage, Girlfriend's Weekend, ...etc.), require a minimum of 30 Days advance notice for cancellation. These dates are not eligible for special discounts that might otherwise be available.

Liability Release
Guests are advised that personal items lost or stolen are not the responsibility of the owner. Guest will be solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal valuables during their visit. The entrance and exit doors at Kennedy Manor remain locked at all times. Each guest will be given a key at check-in.  In addition, Agent and Owner shall be held harmless from all claims or causes of actions arising from the rental and occupation of the residence by Guest.

When reserving the entire home for reunions, weddings, receptions or other special events we require a non-refundable deposit equal to 1/2 of total. The remainder of the total is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Damages

Any damages to the room during your stay will result in a $250.00 or more damage deposit (depending upon each case) being billed to you.  So, please use good judgment while you are here staying at Kennedy Manor.  We want to keep the rooms as beautiful to future guests as they are for you!
